The Pennsylvania Chiefs of Police Association has negotiated a contract with Identix to maintain your Identix Live scan equipment, purchased through the Pa. Chiefs, at a substantial savings over the direct retail purchase from Identix.  PCPA is offering the 9/5 service plan at an annual cost of $4,282 and 24/7 coverage at an annual cost of $4,588. Preventive maintenance visits can also be purchased at reduced costs. The annual CPIN maintenance cost is $4,200 and now includes a five year automatic hardware upgrade program.
