Model Policy Manual
The Pennsylvania Chiefs of Police Association has developed a Model Policy Manual. This manual is only available to law enforcement agencies and can be ordered by the Chief of Police or his equivalent for only $100 if the Chief is an Association member. The manual is $500 for non-members. To place an order, fill out the enclosed waiver and order form and forward it to: The Pennsylvania Chiefs of Police Association Once we receive the signed waiver and order form, a CD containing the manual, forms, special orders, and plans will be sent to you along with an invoice.
