Published quarterly in March, June, September, and December, the Bulletin is the official magazine of the Pennsylvania Chiefs Association. This magazine is distributed to all members of the Association.

Editorial Statement
The content of the Bulletin is to be a practical and useful reference medium that features law enforcement articles focusing on professional development, legislative issues and goals, new items, and goods and services of interest to the membership. Reviews and reports are submitted by members and other knowledgeable law enforcement personnel or experts. Regular features include PSP Presents, Chiefs Legal Update, Letters from the President and Executive Director, along with a comprehensive listing of professionals willing to serve as mentors.

Submitting Articles/Information to the Bulletin
Unsolicited articles are welcome. Please email in Microsoft Word (or compatible) format to Amy Corl or mail a disk to the Association’s office. Be sure to include complete contact information.

Requirements For Acceptance Of Advertising
All advertising subject to approval. Publisher reserves the right to reject or cancel any advertising at its discretion and to add the word “Advertisement” to any copy that, in its opinion, simulates editorial matter and might be misleading to the reader. In consideration of publication of an advertisement, the advertiser and the agency, jointly and severally, will indemnify and hold harmless the Bulletin, its officers, agents, and employees against expenses (including legal fees) and losses resulting from the publication of the contents of the advertisement, including without limitation, claims or suits for libel, violation of right of privacy, copyright infringement, or plagiarism.
