 Michael Rosenberry has been an active patrol and narcotics detection K9 Handler with Chambersburg Police Department since 1996. He is a nationally accredited Master Trainer of police service dogs through the North American Police Work Dog Association (NAPWDA). Corporal Rosenberry is a staff instructor at Castle's K9 Academy in Mechanicsburg, PA. He is also the K9 Consultant for the Pennsylvania Chiefs of Police Association.
