10/30/2017 - Regular Commission Meeting Minutes from July 25, 2017

10/30/2017  - Completed On-Site Assessments

An on-site has been completed for the assessment of the Clarion University Police Department in Clarion County on June 30, 2017.  The team leader was Captain Rob Liermann.  The assessors were Lieutenant Richard B. McGarr and Chief of Police Jesse J. Lesko, Jr.


An on-site has been completed for the re-assessment of the Allentown City Police Department in Lehigh County on July 19, 2017.  The team leader was Chief of Police Lee Benson.  The assessors were Lieutenant Craig Rudisill and Officer Kathleen Connolly.


An on-site has been completed for the re-assessment of the Northampton County Sheriff's Department in Northampton County on August 4, 2017.  The team leader was Chief of Police S. Michael Murphy.  The assessors were Sergeant Raymond W. Purcell, Jr. and Chief of Police Daniel E. Stump.  


An on-site has been completed for the re-assessment of the Forks Township Police Department in Northampton County on September 13, 2017.  The team leader was Captain Christian D. Fishel.  The assessors were Sergeant Cory B. Moyer and Sergeant Sven P. Beauchmin.


An on-site has been completed for the assessment of the Upper Providence Township Police Department in Montgomery County on September 15, 2017.  The team leader was Lieutenant Dennis H. Walters.  The assessors were Chief of Police James W. Adams and Lieutenant Guy W. Hettinger.


An on-site has been completed for the re-assessment of the Penn Township Police Department in Westmoreland County on October 17, 2017.  The team leader was Captain Ashley J. Heiberger (Retierd).  The assessors were Sergeant Kris Kruzelak and Corporal Gregory L. Budman.


An on-site has been completed for the assessment of the Bristol Township Police Department in Bucks County on October 20, 2017.  The team leader was Chief of Police Thomas E. Rudzinski.  The assessors were Lieutenant Troy Bankert and Officer Kathleen Connolly. 


An on-site has been completed for the re-assessment of the Warminster Township Police Department in Bucks County on November 7, 2017.  The team leader was Chief of Police Randolph G. Cox.  The assessors were Sergeant Raymond W. Purcell, Jr. and Investigator Anne Strickler. 


11/3/2017  - Scheduled On-Site Assessments

An on-site has been scheduled for the re-assessment of the Annville Township Police Department in Lebanon County on November 28 and 29, 2017.  The team leader is Captain Christopher R. Bird.  The assessors are Sergeant Sean M. Albright and Sergeant Andrew D. Parsons. 


An on-site has been scheduled for the re-assessment of the Harrisburg City Police Department in Dauphin County on November 29 and 30, 2017.  The team leader is Chief of Police S. Michael Murphy.  The assessors are Sergeant Michael J. Vangelo and Sergeant John Ross. 


An on-site has been scheduled for the re-assessment of the York City Police Department in York County on December 4, 2017.  The team leader is Sergeant James G. Gress.  The assessors are Lieutenant Stephen Clark and Officer Ryan Cywinski. 


An on-site has been scheduled for the re-assessment of the Phoenixville Borough Police Department in Chester County on December 4 and 5, 2017.  The team leader is Captain Ashley J. Heiberger (Retired).  The assessors are Captain Dana S. Leonard (Retired) and Sergeant Sven P. Beauchmin. 


An on-site has been scheduled for the re-assessment of the West Shore Regional Police Department in Cumberland County on December 7 and 8, 2017.  The team leader is Captain Rob Liermann (Retired).  The assessors are Officer Michael C. Capperella and Officer Todd L. Adams. 


An on-site has been scheduled for the re-assessment of the Lower Makefield Township Department in Bucks County on December 12, 2017.  The team leader is Captain Christian D. Fishel.  The assessors are Lieutenant Richard B. McGarr and Assistant Accreditation Manager Jessica L. Wenner. 


An on-site has been scheduled for the re-assessment of the Middletown Township Department in Bucks County on December 13, 2017.  The team leader is Captain Leon G. Crone, Jr.  The assessors are Accreditation Manager Regina M. O'Hara and Lieutenant Steven D. Lutz. 


An on-site has been scheduled for the re-assessment of the Lower Merion Township Department in Montgomery County on January 3, 2018.  The team leader is Lieutenant Guy W. Hettinger.  The assessor is Chief of Police Michael E. Mastroianni (Retired).
