Pennsylvania Chiefs of Police Association is the largest membership group of command-level law enforcement officers in the Commonwealth. Along with the various programs and services we can provide to our members and their departments, membership to the Pennsylvania Chiefs of Police Association means networking with a group of over 1200 peers through an electronic membership directory; receiving pertinent information through our quarterly magazine, The Bulletin; and attendance at the Annual Education and Training Conference, now in its 99th year.
