Registration Materials Sponsor ($4,000) Upon registering, attendees are provided a full registration packet including all conference materials, a name badge and a lanyard, and attendee gift. These materials can be an excellent opportunity for companies to make their name and logo visible throughout the entire week. Conference Gift Sponsor ($5,000) Sponsor the Conference Gift which is handed out to our attendees at registration. Monday Incoming President’s Dinner ($5,000-$10,000) Monday night we welcome and honor our Incoming President.
Conference Training Sponsor ($5,000-$10,000) Help PCPA bring world class speakers and training to our conference. You can be a key component of the conference by supporting the cost of bringing our speakers to the podium. Breakfast Sponsor ($7,500) Each day a breakfast is available for all registered attendees. Lunch Sponsor ($7,500) Each day a lunch buffet is available for all registered attendees. Attendees take a break from training for lunch and a bit of networking. This gives you the opportunity to transition from simply promoting products and services to mingling with the members and making their presence at the conference a more personal and enjoyable experience.
Happy Hour Sponsor ($5,000) Sunday, Monday & Tuesday: Each evening at our conference, an hour-long reception is held prior to the dinner/banquet. Put your company out in front by sponsoring a Happy Hour on the day of your choice.
Hospitality Sponsor ($5,000) Sunday, Monday & Tuesday: After dinner, conference attendees & guests will head over to the hospitality suite for more networking opportunities. The Tuesday Installation Banquet ($10,000) The presidential gavel is passed in a ceremony which installs our new officers and PCPA’s new President, a tribute to past presidents, and remembrance of deceased members.
